GALV Layers Support

Hello everyone!

GALV Layer Graphics is a popular plugin for RPG Maker, so I proudly present the first update to bring GALV Layers easily to the Minimap.

This is the first step to make both plugins compatible. Not all features are supported, but more updates will come. This is a perfect opportunity for you to provide feedback about the current state.

Important: Consider updating the MK_Minimap Core Plugin, otherwise, MK_Minimap_GalvSupport may not work.
