Position Gab Windows above Followers and Vehicles!

Hello everyone!

Gab Windows can now be positioned above followers or vehicles.

MZ: The Plugin Argument "Position" was extended to include "Follower: x" and "Vehicle: x"

MV:  The field "target" was added to this plugin. "Target" is a new field that extends "eventId" and lets your windows position above followers and vehicles. See: HUD & Gab Windows – Aerosys' Blog
